What is Vidi for Business?

Will the ad look like my real product?

Vidi uses your photo as a guide to keep your product's shape, colours and label. Results made with AI can vary, so always check the lettering, details and any claims before you publish.

What happens if a video does not work?

Credits for a video are set aside when you start it. If the video fails or is cancelled before it finishes, those credits are returned to your account automatically.

Can I cancel a monthly plan?

Yes. You can cancel at any time from your account's billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Top-up packs are one-time payments.
